Welcome to the Postoutcomes Network of the National Center on Secondary Education and Transition, a collaborative effort of the National Center on Secondary Education and Transition at the University of Minnesota (www.ncset.org) and the Center on Disability Studies at the University of Hawaii.
The National Center on Secondary Education and Transition (NCSET-- www.ncset.org) is a partnership of six organizations involved in a wide range of efforts focused on the secondary education and transition of youth with disabilities. Headquartered at the Institute on Community Integration at the University of Minnesota, NCSET coordinates national resources, offers technical assistance, and disseminates information related to secondary education and transition for youth with disabilities in order to create opportunities for youth to achieve successful futures.
The National Center for the Study of Postsecondary Educational Supports (NCSPES-- www.rrtc.hawaii.edu) at the Center on Disability Studies is one NCSET partner. NCSPES leads the Post-school Outcomes/Results Technical Assistance Network, one of four technical assistance networks at NCSET. This Web site is dedicated to the products and activities of this network.
