Mary MackMary Mack is an Associate Director of the National Center on Secondary Education and Transition (NCSET) at the Institute on Community Integration of the University of Minnesota. She is Co-Leader for the System’s Linkage Technical Assistance Network of NCSET. In addition to her NCSET responsibilities, Ms. Mack currently oversees a national e-mentoring program called Connecting to Success, coordinates NCSET’s role in the National Collaborative on Workforce and Disabilities/Youth, and supervises a grant designed to improve transition practices in Minnesota. Ms. Mack has over twenty-five years of experience designing, operating and implementing youth employment /development programs focused on helping youth aged 14 – 21 to improve academic achievement, to successfully transition from secondary to post-secondary education and to achieve successful futures in work, family and community life. Ms. Mack has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
