Mary Mack is an Associate Director of the National Center on Secondary Education and Transition (NCSET) at the Institute on Community Integration of the University of Minnesota. She is Co-Leader for the System’s Linkage Technical Assistance Network of NCSET. In addition to her NCSET responsibilities, Ms. Mack currently oversees a national e-mentoring program called Connecting to Success, coordinates NCSET’s role in the National Collaborative on Workforce and Disabilities/Youth, and supervises a grant designed to improve transition practices in Minnesota. Ms. Mack has over twenty-five years of experience designing, operating and implementing youth employment /development programs focused on helping youth aged 14 – 21 to improve academic achievement, to successfully transition from secondary to post-secondary education and to achieve successful futures in work, family and community life. Ms. Mack has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
