Kelli Crane, Ph.D.Kelli Crane, Ph.D. is a Program Manager at TransCen, Inc. She is responsible for managing TransCen’s participation with the National Center on Secondary Education and Transition. This involves conducting research, designing outreach activities and producing resources to improve system linkages and service coordination among secondary and postsecondary education and employment. Prior to joining the National Center, Kelli worked for the National School-to-Work Office where she promoted the equal access and full participation of youth with disabilities in school-to-work systems through various technical assistance strategies. Kelli has a doctoral degree in Vocational and Technical Education from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She also holds a Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Psychology with an emphasis in counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelors of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation with a teaching certification in special education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Dr. Crane is currently the co-editor of the Journal for Vocational Special Needs Education.
