The Institute will explore issues related to the transition and postsecondary participation of youth with disabilities, with a focus on improving collaboration between secondary school and postsecondary school personnel and policies.

Postsecondary disability support services personnel; postsecondary faculty; secondary school educators; transition specialists; rehabilitation counselors; individuals with disabilities and their families; researchers, and other persons interested in educational opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Includes pre-Institute readings and online discussion, presentations by nationally recognized speakers, interactive discussion groups, and post-Institute follow-up.
