Invited Speakers: Herb Grossman

Herb Grossman

Herb Grossman holds a master’s degree in education and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. He has taught at 17 universities in the U.S. and abroad and has authored 10 books about education. He was the founder and director of the bilingual/bicultural Chinese, Hispanic, Filipino, Portuguese and Vietnamese special education programs at San Jose State University for 16 years.
